MUQRAN CAPITAL is a values-driven investment firm focused on acquiring and growing strong small businesses in South Florida, Texas, and Northern Virginia. We partner with business owners who want to see their companies continue to thrive while preserving their legacy, ensuring a smooth transition, and doing right by their employees, customers, and stakeholders.

Our founder Mo (shown here) brings years of business development and engineering experience. With a technical background rooted in engineering, he has since expanded his expertise across multiple industries, including manufacturing, energy, technology, and finance. This hands-on experience allows him and the team to understand businesses from the inside out.

The broader team has worked in roles similar to those within the companies we acquire. Because of this, we know how and where to add value to owners, employees, and customers in short time spans.

What will our Relationship look During & After close?

  • We almost always begin by asking, “What are your personal goals and your goals for the company?” This helps us establish a North Star for aligning our relationship and shaping a deal structure that meets your objectives.

    Much like nurturing any long-term, successful relationship, we approach everything with openness and honesty, and take pride in being readily accessible for any questions or concerns.

  • We typically suggest that there is a transitionary period of 3 to 6 months in order to better learn your business and implement a smooth transition. However we remain flexible and will structure the relationship in a way to best aligns with your priorities for yourself, employees, and customers (e.g., in case you prefer on-going involvement, continued participation in the business).
